It is hard to learn a new language, and English is one of the hardest languages to learn in the world. Not only does English have words that sound the same but mean different things, it is also full of rules with exceptions, and sometimes doesn?t seem to follow rules at all. How can you hope to grasp such a complex language? Well, these three free mobile apps might help.
