Rocky: Are you new in our colony, as I've never seen you before ?
Amit: Yes, I'm Amit and I've come from New Delhi (India).
Rocky: India is so big, so why have you come in U.S. ?
Amit: I've come here to get settled.
Rocky: What! India is such a vast country and it's really developing. Why didn't you settle there because it's our country and already full of Indians.
Amit: I think, I haven't committed any crime.
Rocky: Yes, you have! It's our land, we are getting less opportunities and unemployed because of immigrants. We don't need you here.
Amit: We are also human beings not animals. Why are you becoming racist ?
Rocky: I'm not becoming racist, you people are creating trouble for us and our country, so I'm just advising you to go back.
Amit: In our India, situation is quite pathetic. Good and honest people are forced to live life of slaves.
Rocky: What do you mean ?
Amit: In our country, politicians don't give importance to our lives. We are just treated like insects. They just use and throw us like tissue paper.
Rock: How ?
Amit: America was attacked on 11th September 2001 as a result it attacked Afghanistan and Iraq to take revenge. Americans still can't digest the 9/11 attack on them. But, ours is very wonderful country in the world which has faced hundreds of incidents like 9/11. Our paper tiger leaders don?t have any plan against terrorism in fact they have a soft corner for these terrorists. Our leaders have Z+ security and many of them also have around 300 security guards with them. But, we have no one with us to protect. We are in the battle ground without any weapon before terrorists, and common people are dying in terrorists attacks. Only Leaders are enjoying.
Rocky: So, why do you elect such leaders ?
Amit: All the people, who contest election in India, are corrupt. So, good and honest Indians never vote, and the flatterers of Political parties give votes to their own parties. The party, which have more flatterers, wins.
Rocky: Where are Army and Police ?
Amit: Army is not provided with modern weapons so they keep dying, and Police is very corrupt, even they don't register FIR, they have big tummies, they are always ready to accept bribe, how can they fight the terrorists?
Rocky: What about the judiciary system ?
Amit: We have the oldest laws of earth. Many of these are 150 years old. Cases take 20-30-40 years to be over. Many petitioners withdraw their cases because of the duration. Judges work under the terms of politicians.
Rocky: But, you are from New Delhi, situation would be better there.
Amit: Our Chief Minister hasn?t been able to solve the basic problems of electricity. Delhiites have to face the power cuts of 10-15 hrs. every year. Power can be cut any time in the day or night. We can?t work and sleep properly. We also have to drink the polluted drinking water but no one cares about people in our capital. Delhi is also the rape capital of India, it is very very populated, roads are in very bad shape and congested, people are so rigid and always look out for an excuse to fight. Where ever we go they demand money. Only the flatterers of politicians are successful, and honest people don't have any value in India.
Rocky: But, I've heard that India is developing.
Amit: Yeah, its politicians are only developing, they are getting richer day by day. Talented people are not valued here. Politicians crush them. There is a very famous audio company in the world "Bose", have you heard its name?
Rocky: Yeah, it's famous for its tiny and good quality speakers.
Amit: Its founder "Amar Bose", is an India. He had to leave India because no one funded his new technology in audio, and he came to America, now Bose is very popular in world. There are so many real stories like this. Politicians never prefer talented people, they only prefer their own people everywhere.
Rocky: But, you people are very religious, so you must be very peaceful.
Amit: Even Ants hit back but Indians never. India have been enslaved many times. Millions of Indians have been killed by perpetrators. Our houses have been looted. Our women have been raped but nothing hurts us.
When Mughals entered India they slaughtered millions of Indians, raped many women, looted so many temples still we remained effigy in front of them. There is a very famous quote that ?Unity is the real strength? but we were busy fighting with one another in the name of religion and casts. We could never be united to fight the enemy. First Religion than Moghuls, Britishers, Indian Corrupt Leaders made us slave now It has become our habit to live the life of slave.
Rocky: I think, you are right. It's not easy to live life in India if you are honest and peaceful due to the dirty politics there.
