Rules of pronoun
The first rule of personal pronoun is, that the person or gender should be according to its noun- like- He has finished his work.
- She has done her duty.
- You have done your duty
- They have done there duty
- We have done our duty.
Nominative pronoun should be in subjective form of verb like- I do my work.
- She is doing her work
- They are doing their work.
- You are going there.
Compliment pronoun verb to be will used as nominative form like- It is I who called you yesterday.
- I is he who is joining you
- If I were you , wouldn't do it.
- It is they who helped him.
If personal pronoun is a object of verb then it is used as a objective form (me,us,him,her, them)- I know him well.
- She comes to me for advice.
- Our client has told us about there requirement.
- I have told them about my project.
The order of pronoun will be like this Second person "you"
third person ?he?
first person ?I? Use plural noun if two nouns are jointed with "and"- like- Me and John are best friends.
- We both have finished our work.
Use pronoun of singular number with " Each and every"- Each man and each woman has come to his work.
Use singular verb or singular possessive with ( each, either, Neither)- Each of them was ready to give his answer.
- Either of them is ready to give his book.
- Neither of workers has brought his tools.
- Like ? She can choose either of these two.
- Neither of two friends was happy.
"Either" and "Neither" always use for two person."Anyone" or "none" is used for more then two.Use "anyone" in place of "either" and "none" in place of "neither".- Any one of you can join this group.
- None of these five people is eligible for this job.
This reciprocal pronoun is used as " each other" for two person or "one another" for more then two.- Please both of you help each other.
- They all are helping one another.
If two singular or more then two singular noun are jointed with ?or?, ?either?..or" "Neither?nor"- like- Me and my friend has lost our phone.
- Either the lady or his man will be at his home.
- Neither john nor Paul has come yet.
If singular or Plural noun are jointed with ? or? or ?nor ? use plural pronoun - like- Either the boys or the students has helped the poor.
- Neither the students nor their teacher had kept there promises.
